This flourishing training institute that serves the healthcare construction industry approached me to take over development and hosting for his existing web-application. CICTI.org serves the United States and beyond with certified healthcare infection control and risk assessment training that is targeted to those in the construction industry. This website provides services to capture leads, onboard members, provide various dashboards to members, trainers, and other admins to manage training courses, exams, certifications, renewals, badge requests, and admin portal to manage the entire platform.
Dated CMS, Suffering SEO, Accessibility and Security Vulnerabilities
Originally developed on an outdated CMS, CICTI.org was prone to bugs, security vulnerabilities, SEO issues, and GDPR compliance issues. Additionally, the client wanted to add additional features to capture leads, enhance existing member experience, and simplify business operations.

I stepped in to help CICTI with a list that grew to just over 200 tasks and full discovery, design, migration, development and SEO enhancements within just 8 weeks.

While the initial project did not cover a change to styling, I was able to hand off a complete project with all the bells-and-whistles and improved SEO to a happy client.
